Harriet & Tom’s Mid-Summer Gascony Wedding
On a beautiful Friday in August, Harriet and Tom said their ‘I dos’ in front of just under 100 of their closest friends and family in beautiful Gascony, France, at charming Chateau la Vie en Rose. 50 minutes west of Toulouse, the chateau is situated in a region famed for its Armagnac and fields of sunflowers.
Paris-based documentary photographer, Annie Gozard, captured the day perfectly, discretely shooting guests, resulting in a lovely, natural photo album.
Taniya & David’s Elopement to The Cliffs of Moher, Ireland
Taniya works in a busy hospital in Tampa, Florida and because of her hectic schedule and limited time if front of the computer, she and planner Yana from Peach Perfect Weddings planned the entire wedding over WhatsApp!
Taniya was in love with the idea of getting married on the Cliffs of Moher. Yana combined her wish with a week-long stay in an intimate Irish castle which Taniya & David shared with seven of their nearest and dearest people, including their two lovely daughters. Everyone loved having a real castle all to themselves!
On the wedding morning, Taniya and her ladies were pampered and prepped for the day ahead whilst David went on a pizza run to Limerick! The rain threatened to keep the ceremony indoors, but luckily the skies stayed closed long enough for the pair to say their vows and take some gorgeous photos at The Cliffs of Moher. Taniya was determined that absolutely nothing was going to stand in their way of a romantic ceremony on the cliffs… and she certainly got her wish!
Upon return to the castle, the pair enjoyed their First Dance to Nathan Sykes and Ariana Grande’s song “Over and Over Again”, followed by a delicious dinner by candlelight in the castle’s dining room. A perfect finish to a perfect day!
Calina & Dragan Fairytale Chateau Wedding
On a sunny Tuesday in early June, Calina & Dragan brought their closest family and friends together in the beautiful surroundings of this fairytale chateau. The 45-person guest list had travelled from across the world, some from as far as Australia, to celebrate this special day.
Whilst being only 20 minutes by car from the department’s administrative capital, Agen, the 18th century chateau is nestled in some of the most beautiful and tranquil countryside the Lot Valley has to offer. The grounds of the property alone comprise nut orchards, a lake and a magical, ancient well, not to mention the fabulous tree-lined avenue to the chateau, which Calina used to make her entrance to her ceremony overlooking the lake.
Lindsey & John’s Rustic Gascony Wedding
Local photographer, Darek Smietana, captured the atmosphere perfectly, despite a little late spring rainfall.
